Dear UAW Chrysler Retiree:
As you are probably aware, the membership recently ratified Modifications to the 2007 UAW Chrysler Collective Bargaining Agreement and an addendum to the agreement establishing the VEBA trust for retiree health care that met the terms of the loan agreement imposed by our government.
In the terms of the loan agreement, modifications were required by the government which will impact the UAW Chrysler retiree health care plan. Please read the changes in the attached document.
Also, attached is a listing of each Local Union Benefit Representative which includes their name and phone number as well as the hours they will be working to take your call.
